The customer service at the Quality Inn was exceptional. Staff frequently checked to make sure that you had what you needed and that all was well. The room was very comfortable. We expect to return again next summer.

Chrissy at the front desk was the best thing about this property. Helpful, competent, professional. The beds were comfortable. The maid service was less than stellar for the rooms, the rest of the property was dingy and the Facility is old. If you all you are looking for is a good bed and decent water pressure this is a good option.

This place was nice, clean and safe for the low price and modest location. As a women traveling alone and arriving around 11pm, I felt safe enough. The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, everything worked. The parking lot had enough light. The door to the room was accessible through a corridor that went from the front desk.

Older hotel that needs updating. Room was comfortable enough and roomy with all amenities. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.

the first night we checked in late and the toliet in our room was not working! They did move us to another room but we had to point out that it had not been fixed nor the room cleaned even though we had been out of the room all day. The food was subpar as well. The sheets and pillows were nice and the room was clean.

The people were very nice but the condition of the hotel itself was not great and the communication between the property and Expedia needs work. We were also made aware that we would receive a refund via Expedia and that has not been communicated to us yet.
