Our room was canceled do to a water leak. No let us know until we got there and we had to find a hotel on our own. Since we were at a concert most hotels were sold out.

We were pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, clean air smells. Very helpful staff when we questioned dinner options. Our room had the required appliances. Plus tv was great it worked with very good.

The check in should have had 2 instead of 1 for how busy it was. The cleaning lady on the 3rd floor was yelling and using profanities for over 15 minutes when my husband and I went our room after check in. Totally distasteful. Other than that our stay was great.

Property was fully booked so check in staff were a little frazzled. Only issue I had was price on room - it was nearly $200 more for same type room that we stayed in June of this year. I could understand reasonable seasonal increase but $460 a night is crazy for Canadaigua

Left me stranded. I arrived at 9pm on 08/19/24 with a reservation and was told there was no room available because housekeeping was short-staffed. The clerk was brusque when I asked if he knew of any other hotel rooms available, basically saying it was not his problem. When I told he should have called me, he said he did, but there is no record of a call in my cell phone log. Terrible service. I got a room in another city 10 miles away.

The bathroom was the issue. For older guests, the shower needs a grab bar in the middle of the wall. The one in the front is okay for getting in and out but once you are in the shower, it's easy to slip and a grab bar would be helpful. Also, the toilet bowl is too low. Higher bowls make it easier to get up from. Other than that, it was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I used the fitness room which was good.

The staff especially Maya was very helpful. My kid threw up all over his car seat, and Maya was very helpful in lending me a hand with the laundry services. She was extremely considerate, and I was grateful to have a clean car seat the next day.
