This 3 bedroom and 1 bath duplex is the perfect Canyon Lake getaway. Enjoy views from the outdoor deck as well as plenty of deck space to entertain. With Canyon Lake only minutes away Mimi’s Place is centrally located to many lake favorites for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and swimming. This home offers a well established kitchenette complete with microwave, refrigerator, hotplate, blender, steamer, electric skillet, and a Keurig coffee maker, just enough appliances to prepare simple meals for family or friends. Enjoy meals at the table indoors or on the deck area that offers plenty of dining or seating. Freshen up in the shower/tub bathroom that is also home to the laundry room. With three bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Two bedrooms offer a queen size bed with comfortable linens, and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed (full over twin) and twin futon bed.
