Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation? Look no further - Cape Winds 507 has it all. This PENTHOUSE, OCEANFRONT condo unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a unique DOUBLE WIDE BALCONY. You can walk onto the huge balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. You can even see the ocean when you are lying in your cozy king bed! The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as two recliners and a small table.

The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances and all of the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation! There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats 6. The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, large flatscreen TV and a view of the ocean!

The master bedroom has brand new bed set with a King bed, TV, DVD Player, walk in closet, a VIEW OF THE OCEAN, access to the balcony and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. There is also a washer and dryer right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella.

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!!

The complex is situated a mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.

We were so very pleased with our stay. We only had one issue. The elevator was not working one of the days but i reached out to the contact person. They had it fixed on no time. We take this trip at least once a year and will definitely be staying in the use this again.

There is so much positives to say. To start, the pictures don't do the condo justice. It is beautiful and well kept. The view from the balcony is worth it. You can see the lainches from there. The beach is not crowded at all. Amanda was wonderful to communicate with, she responded right away to me.

We absolutely loved our time here! The place is immaculate and the view is stunning. Our first night here we watched a Falcon 9 launch from Kennedy!! We stayed the beginning of March and the beach/pool were not crowded at all. We loved the heated pool at night. The condo comes with all the supplies to make your time on the beach comfortable (chairs, boards, umbrella, towels). The kitchen has tons of utensils and plates. Walking distance to several restaurants. It was truly a great place to visit for a few days!!

Excellent place to take a beach vacation! Unit was exactly as described and the pictures do it justice. The beach equipment was really helpful to have…our teenage boys loved the boogie boards. Great views of the sunrise on your large patio and the sunset out the back.

A week at Cape Canaveral beach
5th floor unit was quiet and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. Very satisfied with the trip. Saw a SpaceX rocket launch for the first time. The beach was very pleasant but the weather could have been better. April is probably not the best time for this Beach.

Location Location Location!
This condo looked just like the pictures. It felt like home for the week. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Being right on the ocean seeing the view everyday was awesome. Hearing the waves crash while sleeping was a bonus. We googled eating places before we arrived 26 in all. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We even saw a night launch right from the balcony! We looked at may other units in the building and this was the best by far. We had a few days of rainy cloudy days and were thankful for the view. The beach was never crowded either. The resort in whole was well maintained. Our only very small negative was the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. Eating or relaxing on the balcony was awesome too. Getting to wash our clothes before leaving was so nice. We spent a few days at KSC which is only 30 minutes away. This will be our place to stay every year! If your looking for a place to vacation stop looking around and booked this one you won't be disappointed! Follow me on google reviews for all our adventures while staying here @ Grouper 305

Beautiful, warm beach and view
I'll start with pros, then go on to cons: PROS: Beautiful view (although very bright in the morning with the sunrise!), Great beach, not super crowded- even on Labor Day when we went, not too many people on shore. Water was EXTREMELY warm! Like bath water! I personally loved that (I hate cold water ha) no shock factor, just get right in the ocean! It was so warm that we never even went into the pool. We did hit up the jacuzzi a couple nights though. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies, 2 beach chairs (had to have my sister bring more since there were 6 of us), cooler, umbrella, and 2 GOOD boogie boards (not the cheap ones, which was great bc I love to boogie board and most condos we've stayed at have cheap, crappy boogie boards). Beds were comfy and clean. Communication with owners was great, check in was easy. They also had a queen size blow up mattress for extra bedding. Condo is right by the Kennedy Space Center so we were able to see a rocket launch from shore! so cool! Oh another thing that we loved was that the building had luggage carts you could use to haul all of your stuff up to the unit. That was handy. CONS: Building and unit were old- one of us got there a day early and one of the showers weren't working so maintenance had to spend a couple days fixing that. Luckily they were able to fix it. There were some bugs in the unit but to be expected in Florida. There is no "pull out" couch bed, just the sofa cushion. Also, the sofa pictured is not the same sofa. Our sofa did not have the chaise on one side. Another con was that the building only has one outdoor sprayer to spray all the sand off of your feet/boogie boards etc but it's located inside the gated pool area, so once the pool is closed, they lock it up and you can't get in to use the sprayer. I wish they would add another sand shower outside the pool area. Overall, a great stay! We had a great time on our girls trip!

Amazing views, comfortable condo
I really think this condo has the best views in the area. The two bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully furnished with laundry and kitchen supplies, and some beach chairs too. They have big, up to date TVs if you want a cozy movie night in. And an awesome balcony overlooking some great beach and dune views. A short stroll and you're on the beach, central to many restaurants, and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, there's a lot to do while you're here.

Great place to stay property wise and location. Not super tourist feeling-not swarmed with hotels. Mainly all condos on the beach front. Beach was great not super crowded and large enough to accommodate if it would have been super crowded. Saw a lot of cruises ships going out from the port.

Great stay - it was awesome to hear the waves as we were falling asleep each night and playing cards. Porch is simply awesome! Only drawback was the couch - we thought it would sleep 2 children - really didn’t. Had to have one of our kids sleep with us the whole week, which led to a few struggles. I would not rent for anymore than 5 unless the couch is switched to a pullout type. Very clean and functional - neighbors were great and very friendly, beach was just sublime and got to see the launch on Friday night from the porch!!! Unfortunately will not fit for our growing family next year 😞

View from Condo was beautiful! Just what we were looking for.
View from Condo was Beautiful! Oceanfront View with King Size Bed, Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and Cable TV was perfect for this vacation. King Bed had a very comfortable mattress. Living Room furniture was a little uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time on balcony.

Perfect view and location!
This is one of the best views we have ever had in our beach vacation stays! Waking up in our master bedroom while watching the sunrise will be a hard one to top! Enjoyed the pool and beach access within just a view steps. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and View
This was our first time staying at Cape Winds . This unit did not disappoint! It has the best view. It was just my husband and 2 teenage boys but man did we have a good time. The beds were so comfy. There were plenty of beach chairs and body boards. The beach was beautiful to walk on every morning. If you are looking for some good places to eat, Squid Lips never disappoints! We also ate at Long Doggers and Fish Camp Grill. They were all amazing too. It was such a bonus to be able to come home with all clean laundry since there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved being so close to the beach that we could bounce back and fourth between the beach and the pool. It was not ever crowded at the pool either. We will definitely be back again. My only complaints which are very minor are that, I did have to clean the bathroom counter top before I could place anything on it as it was not cleaned off and the sliding glass doors to the balcony were quite hard to open, but I'm guessing with being on the beach all that salt water is what causes that.
