Canaveral Towers unit 910 is the perfect place for your dream vacation, with amazing views of the beach and ocean from your private balconies and throughout the completely renovated unit. The condo is very spacious and is large enough for families & groups up to 8 that want that perfect beach vacation together & have the privacy of 3 bedrooms.

This must see unit is both a penthouse (9th floor) and corner unit, giving your the most amount of privacy of any unit in the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closest and a private oceanfront balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with access to another oceanfront balcony and the second guest bedroom has three twin beds (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room).

Every bedroom, as well as the living room. has a Samsung 50" 4K LED Smart TV. In addition, everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided, such as WiFi, a full kitchen, linens & towels, a washer/dryer, etc. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment. The complex offers a large heated pool right off the ocean, private access to the beach, shuffleboard, a putting green, wireless internet and more. The building is located roughly 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, meaning the beach is quiet but you are still walking distance to the Pier.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets (up to 30 lbs each). Dogs or cats only. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

Our 3-bedroom beachfront condo was very clean, nicely appointed, and functional for our month long visit. Maintenance was very prompt in addressing any needs. We're already looking forward to our next stay!!! If anything, since the condo was designed for up to 8 guests, it could stand to have additional dishes, glassware, cups, and silverware.

Summer Vacation 2024
We loved the view with the large balcony. It was very relaxing. The condo was very spacious and clean. It fit all 7 of us comfortably. The only downside was there was only one working elevator but it was a relatively minor thing and they were working on the second one so hopefully they get that one running. This condo wasn't very crowded at all while we were there making it super nice at the beach because you could spread out. We loved the location and the area. This was our second time in Cocoa Beach and I'm sure we will be back!

The unit was exactly as it was in the pictures. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The convenience of going between the pool and beach is always nice. It’s very close to Cocoa Beach and in a quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was update and decorated nicely rooms were very clean the manager answered questions promptly. Beautiful ocean view. The only issue was being on the top floor there were pigeons roosting on the master balcony so lots of pigeon poop which made it unpleasant. The main balcony was cleaner and less pigeons

A Perfect Getaway
My family of 5 absolutely loved this property! The condo was perfect with plenty of room for us and our 3 boys. It was well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, blankets, towels, etc. We loved the pool, shuffleboard, putting green, and the proximity to the beach. Such a short, easy walk! We enjoyed having the 2 balcony's and the view was amazing! Kelsy was very attentive and wonderful at suggesting restaurants. We'd definitely stay again and are looking at when we can come back!

The property was nice, but there were no chairs in the bedrooms. If we had guests, they wouldn't have a place to sit. 1 sofa, 1 chair, and a dining room table w/6 chairs. And 2 beds.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Canaveral Towers. As the complex was undergoing repair and renovation we expected to experience noise and dust. This was true but not intrusive to our stay. The work men were all very kind. We were most impressed with the communication from the rental managers! They were wonderful to work with, very up front and super accommodating. The condo worked great for our family beach vacation. We loved the beach views and super easy beach access.

We stayed 7 nights at Canaveral Towers, it was exactly like the pictures. A beautiful well decorated and very comfortable beds also very well stocked.. Lots of room for my husband and I plus our 3 teenaged grandkids. They truly enjoyed it and the beach. Very well stocked with beach towels and beach supplies. Only a 45 minute drive to Disneyworld and Universal Studios which we did 3 days. Also very close to private fishing charters which the guys did 2 trips. We definitely recommend this rental and if we are ever back in Florida we will rent it again.

Wonderful, wonderful!
Clean, comfortable, beautiful, well-appointed, lots of extras to make our stay pleasant and convenient. Great location; loved those sunrises on the beach. The beds were SOOO comfortable. Plenty of balcony seating. Clearly a thoughtful property owner who cares about the guests’ enjoyment. Loved everything about this place!
