I reserved a room and no idea the bathroom facilities were for a midget… I am only 5’4 but I couldn’t get up without getting on my knees… I did complain .. it wasn’t a good experience .

The numbers to find your room make it feel like a maze, spent 30 minutes walking in circles and it was humid and being tired is not fun. The bed was saggy and sucked. The only good thing is the staff.

Property did not match the description and photos provided. Room/bathroom was outdated and dirty. The shower head barely even sprayed. Concerns brought to facilities attention and nobody got back to me until checkout. Was offered a discount and told to contact management if o ever return but this place is not worth it.

Everything was excellent from the staff , food and drinks at the bar, dj was A plus great ambience, great music. Lovely pools and jacuzzi. The Burgers and fries are really good. The only thing I didn’t like was the TV local channels only it would be nice that I could connect my Nexflix. I could not figure out the TV in the room it never worked only the one in the living room. But overall would definitely recommend this place. I will stay soon. Today we are going on Utopia of the Seas! Great parking and shuttle bus that takes you to the port.

Food was good from the restaurant on site. The pool area was phenomenal with a nice tiki bar poolside. Loved the hot tub staff is excellent and very helpful. Room was modern and recently updated. Only suggestion would to be eliminate the carpeting in the room and goto vinyl waterproof flooring for those of us with allergies and also much easier to keep clean than carpet.
