The heated salt water pool with newly installed river rock is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach or golfing. The king-size master bedroom suite has sliders to the lanai, separate shower and garden tub, his and her sinks, an atrium outside the bath...the perfect place for morning coffee. A flat-screen TV for those times you want to relax in bed and watch your favorite programs.

The full-size guest bath with direct access to the pool area. The first two gust bedrooms feature queen beds with the last guest bedroom holding two twin beds. One of the queen guest bedrooms and the double twin bedroom both have TV's adding to your comfort and relaxation.

Cozy stay away from home
We truly enjoyed our stay at this house but we had a few things to mention. One of the kayaks was missing its plugs and when my husband tried to get into it, he immediately sank into the canal. There's a small crack in the glasstop stove. Fishing poles in garage. After rain, bugs fall into the lanai pool so you'll need to skim the water before getting in. The pool remote doesn't really control much other than the lights that i could see, or it could have been an operator error... I'm not that savvy with tech. The ceiling fan in the bedroom across from the twin bedroom was not working and my mother in law gets hot at night, luckily i had brought my Ryobi battery powered fan. This house is not near any beaches that are pearly white. You will drive a good bit and no parking in Naples beaches unless a resident. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock. It was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of large towels and there were starter kits provided with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. The cleaning crew must have missed dirty muffin pans. One of the sticks for the billiard table was warped and one was broken already before we arrived. We did have a bit of a drive to get to an actual beach. The hurricane left quite a mess on Sanibel and Ft. Myers but the lighthouse beach was open. Tons of shells on Lovers Key. I did want to mention that our first day, the atrium had a black racer snake and i had to call my husband to assist.

Home away from home
We had a lovely stay at this house during the summer. We brought our boat and everything was very convenient. The pool was refreshing and we really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The house was completely stocked and clean when we arrived. The property manager was also responsive within 24 hours of any questions or requests. They even let us extend our stay by one day. Extremely pleased with this home and would highly recommend it.

Nice quiet house
Very nice pool house in quiet neighborhood. There were 4 of us and the house was perfect size. Relaxing pool, spacious common areas, and a wonderful outdoor space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Had kayaks and bikes, which we didn't use, but the pool table was perfect when we encountered a rainy day. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome for boaters
The home is gorgeous! The location is in a secure and friendly neighborhood. We’re boaters and brought ours. It was very convenient having a dock to tie your boat to. It’s short access to the gulf water is wonderful. The pool is large, 6 ft deep at one end, clean and inviting. The home is spacious and comfortable. More than enough room for large families. Floor plan was great. We are coming back to this jewel!

We had a great time. The home was clean, sits in a nice neighborhood, neighbors were nice. The home was at the end of the canal and there was no boat traffic. Communication was in email form from the management company and there were no issues there. The pool was a little cool, but the kids didn't care. Overall it was a great trip!

Beautiful house, close to shopping and food! Quiet neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and relaxing. Nice size pool for family of 8 with beautiful landscape surrounding. Lots of plates and glasses however not many cooking utensils so if you plan on cooking you might want to pack a few utensils but other than that they were prepared over and beyond! We rented a boat for our stay and had a great place to tie off at the dock! Kayaks are provided however we did not get to enjoy due to the red tide, we could not get in the water! Fishing would have been great without the red tide however most of the sea life was no longer in the area.. we will be back, was an easy check in and out!

Nice home
This was a nice home, but there are areas for improvement. The grill was pathetic. There was a nice Jenn Air grill there but was not useable, the grill for guests was dirty and extremely small and worn out. We noticed some very small ants/insects in the kitchen and there was some spices and sugar left from previous guests and the bugs were all inside the containers that were not closed tightly. The pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen were lacking. Plastic spoons that were melted and broken/cracked. Definitely not enough towels if you have a houseful of people as we did. With a 25 dollar electricity allowance we had to continually wash and dry the towels so I am sure we exceeded that pretty quick. The area is very quiet and the neighbor that we met were very nice.

Only problem we have is master bath , their is a water leak and with carpeting you can’t dry it out. Sure under carpet is mold and mildew. Bath rooms needs upgrade. It’s the only think stopping us from reacting again.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay in Cape Coral
This was our second stay in Villa Blue Sky this year. This is a lovely 4 bedroom house with lots of space to unwind and relax. The pool area is large, with plenty of seating and loungers. The dock receives sunshine most of the day and is a nice place to catch some rays, next to the water. The area is excellent and the neighbours are brilliant. We were welcomed back like old friends. The house is in a good location, near to all that Cape Coral has to offer and the bridge over the river to Fort Myers is a short drive away. I would most certainly recommend this villa to potential renters. The management company are great to deal with and the booking process is simple.

Property was great. Plenty of room for 6 people. Everything was clean and vacation ready.
Comfortable sleeping and seating. Enough amenities at the house to have an enjoyable staycation at the house. We even had a great time catching plenty of fish directly from the pier.

Fantastic house!
This house looked great from the listing and it exceeded our expectations during our stay. We had 6 adults and 3 small kids staying at the house during our trip and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool is very large by Florida standards and the lanai stays shaded all day to provide a bit of relief from the hot sun. We lived outside by the pool most of our trip and were very comfortable, even during the one brief rain shower we had. The canal was a treat to have right behind the house. We caught Mangrove Snapper and Mullett while fishing during our stay. We saw a gentleman across the canal from us catch a couple of stingrays, and a manatee was hanging out in the canal. The kayaks were a blast to take out on the canals to see more of the area. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. The home itself is fantastic and Cathy and the property management team were great to work with!
