Beautiful Home

Property is well maintained and the house is gorgeous! A bit far from the beaches in the area but other things compensate like the amazing pool and spa and the waterfront view. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I have sent the agency a few other suggestions to just make your stay as perfect as possible. Overall we had an amazing time!

A beautiful home in a great neighborhood

We were here over July 4 and hope to return next year. The house is lovely. It's decorated nicely and not overdone. Everyone found their beds to be comfortable. The real gem of this home comes in the hot tub pool lanai. Salt water pool a huge plus for us. Proper seating to dine outside. A grill that works! Beyond this area is a dock and canal. The neighborhood put on a fireworks display worthy of any downtown show. Very family oriented community. Wonderful communication with the property manager and owners. Highly recommend.

Great family space

House was beautiful and very clean. The beds slept fantastic! Everything was as advertised. Close drive to many different beach areas. Must visit sanibel Island and Yahct club Beach. Caught catfish from the dock all week. Saw some other species but no luck snagging them. This is a side note and not meant to take away from this fantastic home....would be difficult to access the property by wheelchair due to numerous step up/downs. Accessible by walker in and out of home. Steep steps down to dock but would be manageable through the grassy areas.

Worst place ever. Pool was green for two days and they tops us it wasn’t safe to swim.

Wouldn’t recommend bec management kept giving us a story they couldn’t make decision when we asked for a found for two days since the pool wasn’t safe to swim in. We took pictures and have voice message of mgmt telling us not to go in the pool We we’re very disappointed in the way this was NOT handled

Fantastic

We tremendously enjoyed our stay and especially the hot tub. The house is absolutely beautiful! We also enjoyed the two kayaks! The area is nice with things to do nearby. We did the Big Tiki Tour that was so fun! If you are going to Cape Coral, I highly recommend staying at this house!

perfect layout for a casual group gathering

the open layout spilling out to the pool surround was the perfect venue for our group to spread out for different activities while still connected in the same space. I could cook in the kitchen and still be engaged with the kids.

Property has bugs in screened in area and house

Overall we had a good time. Here is a list of things that you should address. Bugs in the screened in area because of broken screen by main patio door that we taped ourselves. Biting bugs in the master bedroom. We have pictures of the dead ones on the window sill next to the bed. Sheets didn't fit the bed in the master bedroom. Ones of the stools was very loose. Bricks on stairs leading to dock need to be glued down. Pool remote wasn't working properly. I had to fix the rod holder on the dock myself. The concrete was very slippery when it got wet. I counted 10 falls. No squeegee for puddles near the pool. No skimmer for the pool so we could clean pool ourselves. Screen door latch needs wd40 and was a pain to operate when carrying stuff. We never found the tv remote for outside patio and cable tv was not fun to figure out from beginning to end. The entire screen roof was covered in spider webs and spiders and we had small lizards in the pool area as well. Some of us left with a lot of big bites. The screened in area needs to be fixed and sprayed for spiders. Overall we had a nice time and I would recommend the house if these issues were fixed.

Family vacation.

Paradise Found

We booked this after having to cancel our cruise. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were warm as we stayed in December. The weather was perfect 70’s into low 80’s. We rented a boat for the week so we utilized the dock as well. The property manager texted upon check in and check out to ensure everything was satisfactory. The area is beautiful, the house was amazing we enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back!
