Welcome to our newest vacation rental, The Four Aces!

This home was recently purchased and fully remodeled to reflect a comfortable nautical style that ensures relaxing the Florida way. All furnishing are brand new and tastefully organized throughout the home.

A big highlight of this home is its location. Centrally located off of Del Prado Blvd, close to Wal Mart and many other shopping areas of Cape Coral. Bridges to Fort Myers are within few minutes by car.

A 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with Master bedroom equipped with a King sized bed and its own Bathroom. Direct access to the covered lanai and electric heated pool area. The guest bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in the guest room closest to the covered lanai and pool. A shared bathroom that also serves as the pool bath is located in between both guest bedrooms. For our younger guests we have 2 Twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Home also features 2 living areas, a Family room with small TV and a Living room with Big screen TV for when you want to enjoy a good movie or the big game.

While the pool area is smaller and will not allow for sun lounges, there is an additional sun deck at the backside of the property, allowing for plenty of room for sun tanning and even family get togethers.

Boat Dock has recently been painted and allows for a great spot to fish from, or docking a small boat. Please be advised that there is no lift.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Great Service and Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. A major shout out to the management team . Any question or issue that came up was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The property was immaculate and met all our needs perfectly. We would stay here again when looking to stay in Cape Coral.
