The Primary Bedroom offers a comfortable King Size Bed, Private On-Suite and large “Walk-In” closet. The Guest Bedroom provides a charming Queen Size Bed while the other, 2 Single Beds. The Guest Bathroom is also accessible from Pool area and doubles as a Change Room.

Great home! Great location.
Every amenity you could possibly want. Great appliances, comfortable furniture. Pool area was very nice and loved the huge tile shower. Master bed made me feel like I was right at home. Enjoyed the canal view and trips in our small boat down the canals and into the river. Even saw a manatee! Owner Tony and property manager Sylvia were easy to work with and very responsive,

Nice location but needs upkeep.
We frequent the Cape Coral area and this house was not one of our favorites. The property manager was difficult to work with and even made negative comments regarding our children. When we arrived, the pool area was unusable due to massive amounts of spider webs hanging all over the lanai. We had to remove these ourselves. The pool heater was also still on, despite the property manager assuring us it wasn’t. The water temperature must have been over 100 degrees and our kids couldn’t use it. The pool deck also doesn’t have a drain, leaving water build up and making it very slippery/hazardous. The lanai roof leaks directly over the grill. The kitchen towels and pans are limited. The bathroom washcloths are very limited. The mater bed is incredibly uncomfortable and we often couldn’t even sleep on it. The master bath fan is incredibly loud. The next door neighbors have 4-6 dogs that bark incessantly at all times of the day. They also appear to have DJ equipment and blare music. At the end of the day, we enjoyed our family time there as best as we could. We still ended up stuck with an electricity charge. Despite the excessive heat warning, we operated the AC according to guidelines and even above. We rarely were inside during the day to use lights, etc. This being an older, less efficient home, I highly doubt it can sit idle for the amount of electricity allowed per day.

The place was clean and very comfortable. I loved all of the elbow room in the shower. The kids loved the pool and the fact that there are no bugs due to the screen was great.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Love the location. Close to any shop or restaurant you could need and 2 miles, 5 minutes from my son’s house. We already have it booked for next year.

Great Location!
The location of this property was close to shopping and the bridge to Fort Myers. The access to the canal was really nice as well. The twin beds in one bedroom were a little uncomfortable and there weren't many washcloths or hand towels. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. You can't give half stars in the rating but I would really give this 4.5 stars.

Great Location.
The property was just as advertised. This will b my first choice if available. Plenty of supplies, pool toys, bikes beach chairs & coolers. Very quiet. No storm damage as far as I could tell. Didn’t do any boating this trip but the Canal looked good.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Tony’s home. Everything was clean and ready for us. The unit is nicely appointed; the pool was wonderful and communication with the manager went smoothly. Everything was as we had hoped. Our son lives in the area and after Hurricane Ian we wanted to help him complete his repairs while still enjoying the lovely sunshine, sunset views, kayaking, and outdoor eateries this area has to offer. We would love staying in Tony’s home again on a future visit.

Great place for a great vacation
The property was just as advertised, very well kept, clean, all appliances was there , the pool was big and deep enough for kids to enjoy, very close to shops and the beach. The only thing I would say is that they don’t leave enough paper towel or garbage bags or toiletries, we stayed for 2 weeks and the supplies left only lasted for 1 which was annoying but if you plan for it you will not be surprised and can include those in your shopping list. Overall a fantastic place highly recommend it.

Great family home in a quiet area
We loved Villa Carina! We took our three granddaughters and they loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and neat. One night on our walk a baby owl followed us from yard to yard! The house had almost everything we needed. We did leave some wine glasses. The owner was very responsive and super nice and the property manager Sylvia was lovely. Highly recommend!

Guys trip
A small group of guys stayed here for our annual get together. Home was a good size and plenty of amenities in the house. There was grocery and shopping nearby as well. Listing does not include electrical? We had to take a picture of the electrical meter upon our arrival. We were in a great location to visit many things that Cape Coral and fort Myers had to offer. The pool was great and the house was located right next to the canal where we fished a couple of days. Beach chairs, coolers, grocery bags, fishing poles were all provided. Great stay!

Great property for a family
We enjoyed our trip staying at Villa Carina. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and all the pool toys. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed for the beach in the garage including sand toys. The location was the ideal . We will definitely be staying here again. The owner was always available to answer questions and so was the property manager. There was a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us .

The great escape
The house was clean and everything was just as we saw in the pictures. Centrally located so we were able to enjoy a few different beaches. Sanibel island was about a half hour away. It was beautiful and we found a lot of shells by the lighthouse and fished on the beach next to the fishing pier. Fort Myers beach was fun. Great places to eat everywhere. We even drove up to Venice beach and found a lot of fossilized sharks teeth. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in, a private pool, and a huge shower. We enjoyed our time at the house.
