They will steal you 100$ deposit faster then you can get sleep. and the bathroom has hair all in the floors and check the sheets because they’re never changing them. Hard pass

The staff was rude and stole the deposit. I stayed here out of convenience but had I known they are allowed to create their own policy at will to manipulate you out of your money which is meant for damage which i would understand if so but garbage does not account for that: regardless there was bugs in the room as well as on the ceiling in the lobby.. I wouldn’t have noticed if they told us the manager would come back and waited for 2 hours just to be told we’d receive a call when they’ve arrived. Against my better judgement we didn’t receive a call and returned to the location to be told they had come and gone without regard to our situation. Was told we’d receive a call next day- and obviously never did. Money spent learning to never stay there again hope no one else does either, nearly all the guests had come up and told us they had similar issues and get treated poorly as well but hey it’s cheap lol

Comfortable one night stay

We wanted a cheaper option for an overnight stay on the ride home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Second floor. Towels and shower curtain were clean but worn and definitely need replacing. There is an elevator. We didn’t look at the breakfast stuff because Cracker Barrel is right next to the hotel. The front desk check in was easy and the hotel clerk was very nice and gracious. Also super noce in the morning at check out.

Won’t stay again

The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired..I paid for my room in full and then was asked for an additional $100 deposit if they needed that they should state that in price when room is being reserved/paid for. After our first night I went to front desk and asked if they could Make sure we had fresh towels and could someone sweep room, this was at 7:35 am….when we returned at 5pm nothing had been done to the room. Trash was still there and beds still not made up no new towels etc. For $153 a night I would think housekeeping would at least show up, especially since I specifically asked for them to service the room.
