The staff was super nice from the second we check-in until check out! Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was very yummy! The texting service for contacting the front text was very helpful when getting extra towels, etc. It was a great location too, close to shops, places to eat, and the gas station for late-night snacks.

This was the perfect place to explore Virginia City and Lake Tahoe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was sooo nice and helpful. The Complementary Breakfast was Excellent the Best we have had in any other Hotel. Our little dachshund enjoy her stay too. It even held all our items and creamer for coffee in the Refrigerator. We will Definitely be Back.

The property is ok. Very convenient location in the Carson valley area. Room cleanliness was average. Our main concern was the bathtub area was quite moldy. That's was a big turn off. It's time for a renovation in the tub/shower space.

I found the room dirty when I entered and had to inform the front desk person. It needed to be cleaned, so I walked my dog around while he cleaned it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Love this one, it was a hot day at the time of check in and the nice staff left the AC on for us, that was really nice. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Definitely will stay here again!
