I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had several issues that impacted my experience. First, I was surprised by an $8.00 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed when I made the reservation. This felt like an unexpected charge, and I wish it had been mentioned upfront.
Additionally, I was told there would be a security guard monitoring the parking lot, which made me feel more secure about leaving my car there. However, during the three nights I stayed at the hotel, I never saw any security—no car, no person, nothing. This was concerning, as the lack of visible security made the promised reassurance feel a bit hollow.
The room I was given was on the 3rd floor, directly beneath the washer and dryer room on the 4th floor. As a result, the noise from the machines was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. I would recommend requesting a room away from that area if you're sensitive to noise.
Breakfast was another letdown. The food often ran out, and since there was only one staff member working in the kitchen, everything was slow to be replenished. The food that did come out was often cold, particularly the eggs, which didn’t make for the most appetizing start to the day.
Finally, the ice maker on my floor was out of order, which, while a small inconvenience, added to the series of disappointments.
