Love the hot springs, etc. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. All the prices have gone up significantly for the services, but the room prices were fairly reasonable. The evening staff was pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating, but the day staff were cold, terse, and not at all helpful or accommodating.

Rundown property and ridiculous policy for upgrading room. Tried to upgrade to hot tub room. Hotel staff said policy won’t allow guests to pay the difference since we booked through Expedia but Expedia said it’s up to the hotel. Took an hour of time and still hotel declined. We won’t be back.

With construction going on, they did not provide parking for handicapped. Then there was no daily service to get amenities restored. The bathroom was spacious, but no place to lay articles - had to use the toilet tank. Other than the table, which held the coffee pot, ice bucket and coffee supplies, there wasn't and area to again set out things. This is my 5th visit over the years and this was by far very disappointing.
