Nature's Landing C303 Water View in Cedar Key!

This beautiful and bright top level unit in Nature's Landing boasts spectacular water views and cathedral ceilings. You will immediately relax into your Cedar Key vacation in this exceptionally decorated unit which boasts cathedral ceilings making the space bright and airy. Stay within walking distance to downtown, the park, marina, shops, and restaurants but far enough away that you have plenty of quiet and privacy. Walking is always a great option in Cedar Key, as well as biking or traveling like a local in a golf cart. Rent your bikes and golf carts locally early, they rent out quickly on busy weekends! The unit itself features a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook! The bedroom boasts a comfortable king sized bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a combo tub/shower. There is also a half bath for your guests use adjacent to the living room. Speaking of extra guests, this unit sleeps up to 4 people with a pull out queen sofa available in the living room. Drink your coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening on the balcony where you will experience incredible water views with plenty of opportunity for bird watching! The balcony features comfortable seating to allow you to rest and unwind while enjoying spectacular nature scenery. Nature's Landing Condo Complex is exceptional and is the only complex on the island that features an elevator to make your stay easy! There is plenty of room for boat/trailer parking at the condo complex as well as a boat washing station and fish cleaning station. Enjoy the pool on hot summer days with plenty of space to BBQ on the grounds! Enjoy the nature trail to the dock, which is a great place to enjoy the water and nature watch. Bring your kayak if you wish!

We have a team that will be here to assist you with any questions or help that you might need. Caryn and Mendy both live on the island and we are just a few minutes away from the unit.

I had 3 different units rented. The door code on one ofthem didnt work the entire time. We reported it but management went to the wrong unit so it never got resolved.

Great property located in a quiet cove in this wonderful town that is a poster for old Florida. Easy communication with the hosts..comfy bed and nice amenities. Really nice pool as well.We would recommend anyone staying here!

This place is great, 3rd floor marsh view from the back porch, Gulfview from the front. Cedar Key is small but enough amenities for all. Definitely a must-do again, very relaxing. Rent a golfcart! !

Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful condo with us! We were visiting for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary and will for sure be back! Very quiet, friendly property. Condo was beautifully decorated & perfect for the 2 of us! The binocular basket was enjoyed every morning, while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony! Very nice touch! ;-)

Above and Beyond!!
This visit was to celebrate my husband turning 50 so the staff let me fedex some decorations to them so our unit would be decorated as a surprise for my hubby. We've been binge watching all the Below Deck shows so when he walked in he kept repeating "Who did this?" and then he said "This is like that yacht show!" It was priceless!! I'm very grateful to the staff for decorating and they even threw in their own happy birthday card. AWESOME

Birdwatcher’s Delight!
The condo unit was clean, well furnished and stocked with all the necessary supplies for a great stay. The location is ideal: a short walk to downtown, Dock Street, and the marina. The back balcony overlooks a lovely slough where you can see roseate spoonbills, pelicans, and countless other birds as the tides come and go. Storage is abundant! I loved the large master closet so that all our bags could be kept tucked away. There is also an elevator nearby for ease and convenience. I hope to return!

Condo as advertised. Clean. Nice King bed. Nothing needed . Nice pool. Great fishing dock a short walk. Thought we'd go out to eat a lot, but the Market (grocery store) had everything we wanted to eat in. Best idea yet was renting a golf cart. I think we traveled most of the island roads. It was a great trip!
