The young man who checked us in was so very nice and pleasant. Hard to find these days. The room are very nice and spacious. I would come here again and again. Price is great, for a room this size.

Our stay at night was fine but at 9 o’clock in the morning housekeeping had knocked on the door once and went to open the door with their key, but I had bolted it shut so they couldn’t get in and I told them we were sleeping and didn’t hear anything after that. However, upon going in the bathroom in the morning, there were German cockroaches all over the bathtub, the bathroom floor, and the furniture in the room we were sleeping in. We reported it to the manager in the morning when we left regarding both incidences and requested that our receipt states that there were German cockroaches in case any of them made it home with us and we needed to have her home treated. The manager of the hotel called us a couple hours later and told us that we could not get reimbursed because I booked through Hotels.com
