The open galley-style kitchen is perfect for entertaining and offers an adjacent dining room for family gatherings. There is a first-floor bedroom and full bath, a first-floor laundry area, and an extra den area for those who may need a workspace. The interior is light and bright, with a private, expansive lush lawn and backyard patio outdoor area. You can grill dinner on the gas grill before walking to the Orpheum Movie Theatre. WiFi keeps you connected, and central AC on the first floor and slimline AC units in the bedrooms will keep you cool on those summer nights.
