Enjoy your next family vacation, weekend for two, or girls’ get-away at Cabernet Cottage. This Lookout location is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake retreat. Cabernet Cottage is a short stroll to Lookout park, the community pool and hot tub and pickleball court.

Cabernet Cottage features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, lovely cabinetry and counter tops, comfortable beds and much more. The well appointed kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, making this the perfect spot to entertain guests and enjoy time with family. Directly down the hall from the living area is a half bath for your convenience. The house comes complete with two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and an Xbox entertainment system. This is accompanied by a selection of Xbox games, books and a wide range of movies. The high speed Internet offers a chance to stay connected and to stream your favorite movies and music.

Located on the main floor is the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet and an en suite bathroom. Completing the main floor layout is a well-appointed mud room with a powder room and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the second level of Cabernet Cottage you will find two spacious bedrooms each outfitted with luxurious queen beds, dressers and closets. A full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms. The media room just off the bedrooms includes a couch with a pull out bed, perfect for young children.
