There was no communication between customers and workers unless we asked a question. We had a reservation for 3 nights and only had enough towels and wash cloths for 1 night so we had to get the extra ourselves at the desk or was told to get them from the maid who could not speak English. There were no smiling faces anywhere in the hotel. However the room was clean and comfortable. It did not have the pool open or was not doing continental breakfast anymore. This is a beautiful spot at the river it is a shame the owners are letting it go and not keeping up the outside of the building. This could be a booming business in this area if it had good management.

It was a really nice stay, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The only issue which was minor was the tv was a bit glitchy and not many channels.

The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. Otherwise I really loved the hotel. My room was pretty and very clean, I loved our balcony and the pool. Also we stayed two days and no one brought us any towels (I had some of my own) and not even a trash bag.

Have stayed @ this hotel many times in past; was shocked to learn they no longer serve continental breakfast; had to request room service, which only happened once. (The young lady who cleaned was very friendly & sweet). The entire building looked rundown & dirty. Weeds growing around shrubbery. I was very disappointed. The young man @ front desk on our arrival was not very friendly.
