Staying here multiple weeks, the breakfast get never changing and that gets stale. Top blankets aren’t getting cleaned. Other than that, it’s nice. The view of Chub lake is pretty and relaxing.

Beautiful hotel on lake, large rooms and comfortable bed. Easy parking. Loved our covered lakefront balcony. Very close to Dunes Park. Walked across street for nice dinner at Craft House.

Old property, but very quaint. Large room with a balcony and a view of the lake. Main issue we had was no elevator and they did not have a ground floor room available so we had to carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast were very good and something for everyone. Breakfast hostess was very attentive. Would stay again, but would have to have a ground floor.

I had to ask to move from room with a large construction loud generator running all night 20 feet from room. It vibrated the concrete slab floor and bed. Management should not have those rms in use and arrange for that loss from generator in parking lot. Clerk was good after complaint. Wish I did not waste precious sleep and pool time moving. Also very minimal breakfast.

This is an old property, smelled like mildew and weed. Also, while I do not need a wheelchair, carrying my bags up two flights of stairs, not good. Only good thing was breakfast.

The night staff was disrespectful. When I checked in the room I had reserved and paid ahead of time was not available. The staff said they could upgrade me but to a King Bed. I specifically needed two beds due to the people traveling with me. I also paid extra for a lakeside view which was not available. The staff then downgraded me to two double beds non lakeside. Throughout the whole process the staff member was rude. When I was asking questions about the room I requested she said with an attitude “You can take the room or leave!” I was wanting to know details about the room I was given so that I could determine if I had enough space and instead of being accommodating the staff member just had an attitude and did not care about the hotel they were representing.

Great location
Location to the Indiana Dunes NP and restaurants was a plus. Breakfast was good. Our only concern was there was no elevator in the hotel which made it necessary to carry our luggage up 2 short flights of stairs.
