Poor amenities for the price
Room was big and spacious but .... 1) there were no available outlets in the living room. 2) The phone didn't work. 3) One of the lamps didn't work. 4) When I wanted to reheat some food, I was told this huge hotel did not have a single microwave available, not even a public one in the lobby. Will not return.

Parking is $35 a day NOT WORTH IT ! Not even a garage , just regular parking that a normal hotel would have for free. TV did not work for entire stay & the water in the bathroom sink nearly dribbled out - called down about both repeatedly and the staff really didnt care !

It was absolutely a wonderful experience staying at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare! The customer service at the front and the service desk was excellent. The food in the Flight cafe was great! The suite was sparkling clean.The shuttle service from and back to the Airport was very convenient. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Chicago for business or pleasure.

Great stay; close to airport; beware parking fees
Nice room! One of the TVs did not work. The room phone handset did not work; was told that they did not have any more batteries and to use the speaker function… Do not understand why a guest would have to pay to park on site. However, very close to rental car return; I dropped car off and walked back to the hotel.
