Everything was fine except for the blood stained towel that was hung up as a “clean” towel. Gross. Made us question if the sheets and towels were actually clean but overall will stay here again for price

The bed was great! But, as others have said, the building is renovated, not brand new as advertised. And whoever was in charge of the renovations really fell down on the job. The rim between the shower and rest of bathroom had been taken out to make curbless entry, which is fine, but that ridge in the floor was never filled in. The shower curtain was too short and water ran straight down the curtain onto the floor and into the gap in the floor. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sink were reversed, and there were no bathroom surfaces for toiletries, only crammed on the tiny sink and on the top of the toilet. I am now distrustful of Quality Inns.

The last 2 years we checked this property out when it was Rodeway (we called it the Bates Motel). Horrible and dangerous. Quality Inn has made it a nice place to stay. Only suggestions would be some plants to mke not so sterile.

When first went to our room, there was debris on the side walk and a swarm of bugs was just outside the entry. You stepped on them to get in. All night long we heard doors slamming, people walking around with heavy steps on the second floor. We didn’t sleep well.

The appointments were very nice. Unfortunately I’m guessing because it recently opened not everything worked. Lights, tv, for example. Restaurant next door was excellent and convenient. I’d stay again in a different room.

The only good thing about the hotel was the staff were friendly. Bugs in hallway. Very hot in hallway. Adequate breakfast except needed individual butter for waffles. Bathroom in room 107 had a horrble sewer smell, so bad we had to get freshner from front desk. Indoor pool was freezing cold. Rooms very small.

The front desk gal was helpful & friendly. The hotel was newly renovated and quite clean. The room needed maintenance but was clean. Bathroom light was out, toilet slow to flush, had trouble getting the TV to come on. The biggest inconvenience was the electronic room key system was broken, so I never got a room key. Therefore I had to either prop doors open to exit and return to the room or walk down to the reception desk to be let in. Inconvenient & not safe.
