The check in staff was awesome and very sweet. However: the room was reaked of pot, the air conditioner was set at 61 so it was freezing in the room, the pillows were tiny and lumpy, the bed was lumpy as well, there were flies in it, it was dirty in general like hair on the floor, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was a dirty wash cloth in the toilet.

Made reservation for 2nd day at front desk. They later told me they would not honor the reservation Had to pack bags in hurry and leave for no apparent reason.

Deskpeople nice but not autherized to handle early checkout after first off two days, waisting time and gas to come back to be forced next day check and deposit back! Never ever again

We walked Into the room and it smelled like cigarettes. I did ask the girl to switch his room and she did which was fine. The second room also smelled. My key card kept deactivating. If I had to guess they use this property for homeless, at night, the parking lot was full of transient or at least very unsafe looking. The room was still dirty from the previous use. There was hair in the shower and the towels.

Worth the money

Great place . All clean . Jacuzy room was great and breakfast was good Just the pool hours it does not make sense I arrived at 8:30 pm and checked out at 11:00 the pool hrs is 12:00 to 8

mattresses to old you can feel all the springs on your back. uneven mattres i will send the chiropractor bill. also we asked for maid service and they just replaced the wet towels with a dry but dirty towels.

It smelled horrible and it was filthy. The neighborhood was questionable. Did not match up with the pictures on the website. I would not stay there again.

There was an oreo on the ground, dead bugs, the ac had no knobs and was unplugged, the tv box was hanging out of the wall ?? -- the bedding had burn holes in it, the couch had obvious ...stains. Another woman's hair was on the shower wall, the floor was sticky and left my feet black. Just grubby and nasty.

This location was right down town. No ironing board, no hangers, no kleenex. We had to ask for towels. Only 1 small garbage can. Noisy and card keys had to keep getting charged.
