We booked this hotel as we were going to a Bengals game. The property was recommended as being close to the stadium which it was! Check in wasn’t until 4, however the staff kindly let us park there (as we were going to the game) check in was seamless, the room was clean (I am extremely picky and was very impressed) the amenities in the room were great! The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great in the morning, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!

So convenient for concert at Heritage Bank Center. Parked car and then walked to restaurant for dinner and then over bridge for concert. Perfect!!!

The staff were great when we arrived, we received bottled water, our room was great, loads of room and a comfy sofa, which meant we didn't have to sit on the bed. The only downside was towels weren't changed for a 3 night stay, although it said every 2nd day there would be maid service. Breakfast was ok, as grab and go. We weren't able to arrange a late check out, but i should have asked when we checked in, as they were limited. We wohld definitely return here.

Was not able to make my reservations due to the Ohio river catching fire yesterday and due to the rerouting of that the traffic was so horrible coming from Cleveland we did not make it to our event and unable to make it to our hotel we weren’t able to get our money back and ended up having to turnaround and go back home . A 3 1/2 hour drive took us 5 1/2 hours this was a very horrible experience

I was double charged for a total of 300.00 for a hold, when I called and asked they were very rude. They also charged me $10 for parking which I guess is fine but no one told me about that either. A lot of reviews of people being double charged and when you call they are very rude

I've stayed at this same hotel for my annual trip to Cincinnati for a veterans event the past three years and I've had a pleasant experience each time. Perfect location in walking distance from the levy and all the attractions it offers.

I loved how clean everything was, The only thing that was a inconvenience was when we arrived (4) adults, the only room available was a king with a pull out sofa bed. When booked, i chose 2 queens because we both wanted beds. We survived but the couch bed was uncomfortable.
