Pool was nice and room size was good. I’m not sure the last time they cleaned room as there were cobwebs on wall I cleaned off. Pilllows were size of couch square pillows after I asked for normal pillows and were told they didn’t have any ….they located some. The shampoo dispenser, conditioner and body wash were totally empty. I had to ask multiple times for which I just went to the front desk to get them bc maid service forgot to change them out when they came after I specifically asked them 3x. The front counter older lady when I cked in was very argumentative about my reservation and wouldn’t let me explain I had two separate reservations. In the plus side it is close to cascade park which is beautiful but the area around the hotel is not good. A bunch of abandoned buildings that are boarded up w abandon b mall across the street. I won’t be staying in this area again for sure

There’s shopping and places to eat not too far from the hotel. The hotel itself smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere even though it said it was non smoking, and my room smelled pretty bad too.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Accomodations were clean and neat. Breakfast area was clean and sanitary, food was good and plenty of it. We found the bed to be old and uncomfortable with visible dents from people sleeping on it.

Went to stay for a night. Got our room and the toilet wasn't working right, like it was clogged. The front desk called someone to fix it. So we waited 30 minutes for them to fix it. Go back to the room. The toilet was still acting clogged but would do for a night of just sleep. Then we realized the shower wasn't working. We just took our stuff and left. Just disappointed.

Good hotel, but less-than-stellar service.
The hotel itself was at least average for us, but the service left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was not the best, but at least it was there (we only ate there 2 of the 3 mornings). They had cheese omelets (heavy and tasteless) and pancakes (light and fluffy), with either sausage or bacon, but the coffee was really, really strong (too strong for us!). They had Walmart yogurt. The room itself was clean and quiet, but they had dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, two of which were empty. It took them two days to get refills, and then I had to go to the desk to ask for them (twice!). They only changed out half the towels, and trashed some cups and silverware we had brought with us (threw away personal stuff!). They never changed the sheets, and only one day did they even make up the bed. The hotel itself was in a quiet location, and was super-clean and in good condition (no complaints there). Everything worked (TV, AC, etc.), and the bed was firm without being hard. We probably would look for another hotel if we went back, due to the lack of service, unless we were only going to be there one night.
