Make sure to arrive in time to sink into your stay with a view of the sunset. Life is better at this cabin on top of Mount Andy. From the early morning sun flooding over the top of the ridge to the spectacular evening sunsets silhouetting Pinnacle Mountain, the views at Purpleaire are Spectacular!

Special 3rd night free--Book 3 or more consecutive nights with arrival in March or April 2025. Valid on select properties with new bookings. Only one discount will be applied per reservation. Guests must request that the 3rd Night Free Special be applied to their reservation. Enter the request under guest comments. The discount will be applied after we receive the reservation with the request.

In addition to the spectacular views, this cabin offers luxury accommodations with recreation inside and out! The bedroom features a king bed with the indoor jacuzzi garden tub and a television. Enjoy time in the outdoor hot tub and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. There is a game room downstairs with a pool table, WiFi, Streaming TV and a sleeper sofa for two guests. At Purpleaire, you just down the road from the Chattahoochee National Forest and Smithgall Woods State Park. It is also convenient to both Cleveland and Helen.

Anniversary Trip
We had a wonderful stay at Purpleaire. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The house was comfortable and the hot tub was a nice way to relax. The owner was sweet to check on us. My only thing I would say is the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. It definitely sank in the middle and might benefit from a new mattress - my husband didn’t seem to mind though lol. Other than that we had no complain. We enjoyed sightseeing, hiking and having fog fun in the city of Helen. Highly recommend the trip.

We loved this little house on the hill! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 17 yr. old daughter. Great energy and even greater views. Location to Helen and other things to do was very convenient. We would definitely love to return to the Purpleaire again someday.

Location is convenient to Helen, waterfalls, state parks etc. Everyone we met was amazingly friendly. We would stay in the area again. Views from cabin are breathtaking. Cabin was clean and comfortable but it needs updating. Layout is good for 2 people. Road to cabin is paved, driveway is gravel.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the perfect place to do so. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The view was amazing and the pool table and hot tub were nice. The kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking and the house is in a nice location close to several wineries and small towns.

This was a perfect getaway from the city. The cabin was great with a nice view of the mountains. The wind was extremely loud on our first night and we had to go out on balcony and turn the chairs over. Will be renting this cabin again.

This house is perfect if you are looking for a romantic getaway. We loved it. We didn't even go into the town of Helen, which is way cute, we just wanted to stay at the house. The view is beautiful, it was great to just lay in bed and look out the window. Or relax in the in room tub or the jacuzzi on the lower deck. The bed was comfortable, Kitchen stocked good enough, the shower upstairs did not have a lot of power, but enough to get the job done. We will totally be back. Loved it

This was our 2nd time staying in this cabin and we will continue to book it. The cabin was still exactly as advertised with beautiful views. The first night was extremely cold because of the artic weather, but that is out of anyone’s control. The property manager was very responsive and sent a HVAC person out twice to try to get the heat working 100%. The second day it finally kicked in the worked fine afterwards. We would recommend this cabin.

Purpleaire Superb View
The view from this property did not disappoint; however, the other issues were not so great. I did not realize that the upper deck is not covered, so we were not able to fully enjoy the view because of the nasty weather. Also, because the upper deck is not covered, the "covered" patio below was always dripping wet from above, so we couldn't enjoy the hot tub. The wifi was weak, and there were very few appliances and cookware items in the kitchen. Overall, it was a nice stay for us, but the inconveniences will prevent us from returning.

We had a wonderful time! It could not have been better! Absolutely loved the place!! Got to even see a Black Bear play with our empty ice chest from the living room window, that was awesome! The view was incredible just like the pictures. Just a quick drive into Helen! We went there everyday snd enjoyed hikes to the fslls snd wonderful food!! One of the best vacations we have had!!
