The place was dirty with cobwebs near inside front door. The bathroom was awful with stained or dirty tile near toilet. Virtually no water pressure. There was an awful smell in the room when you come in. The sheets have several stains. We decided to leave no one wanted to sleep in that room

My original room had what looked like black mold on the ceiling near the bathroom. It was missing part of the door handle, you couldn’t close the bathroom door, dead flies on the floor, dried vomit on the bathtub and extremely dirty towels. Though they put me in a different room, it wasn’t much better again: dirty towels, dead bugs and cockroaches at night. They apparently don’t have any concept of how to clean properly. Unless you’re homeless or a drug addict, I wouldn’t recommend that motel to anyone!

Room was falling apart, there was food behind my fridge and in my AC unit, a metal pipe piece w a sharp edge next to my bed, the frame was breaking off the wall in the bathroom, and the lining of the inside of my microwave was breaking everywhere. Staff also charged me $5 more than what I set in the app.

Arrived at hotel at 10pm only to be informed room booked was unavailable due to broken door lock. Offered 1 bed room instead or I could go to Motel 6 instead. She already took my credit card and charged it knowing my room was not available. She said Motel 6 was only 2 miles away, turned out to be 4.4 miles away. Although told I wouldn’t need to pay again the manager there tried to charge me again. Room was average, cockroach greeted us, tv was non operational and curtains were barely connected to the rail.

the rooms tv remote and tv controls did not work and the room had about a dozen large flys on the ceiling. beside these slip -ups the room was clean and comfortable.
