The whole stay was good. Since our room hadn’t been cleaned had ask for clean towels, coff, and trash emptied. They did as soon as I asked. Leaving the desk clerk wasn’t helpful and made a jester behind my back that my husband observed. Not professional at all!

The front desk was very courteous. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved the shade to make the room dark. Changes to the soaps and lotions are a big improvement

We will probably not stay there again.. Unheated pool and non working jets on hot tub.. We paid extra for for a pool. The kids will get in in but not adults. This has been a problem since covid. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub for a while. The breakfast was great. My kid loved the pancake conveyor belt. It as entertaining and delicious.
