Room was dirty. Had hairs on the floor in bathroom, dead bugs in light fixture in bathroom. Room door had a 3-4” gap at the bottom. Sand in and on the beds because they never changed the sheets. Had cockroaches on ceiling and floors. Wire hanging out of portable a/c unit. Toilet didn’t flush right. Would not recommend.

have stayed there twice overnite before cruising. Can park car there while cruising and take shuttle or Uber for about same price. Literally right in front of Cocoa Beach pier. Even saw a launch from the beach last time.

We walked to the pier from days inn for a delicious dinner and some beverages. There’s something for everyone whether you’re going with family or just getting away with your spouse. You will enjoy your stay at this property. My husband and I were catching a cruise at Port Canaveral, and stayed here the night before. We will definitely be back with the kids at some point later on in the year!

The outside of the building is old but don't let that fool you. It's nice and it's in the perfect location if you're going on a cruise. It's walking distant to the beach, a plaza, dollar general and the gas station. I would definitely book again.

Good basic option
Solid affordable hotel in an otherwise expensive area with great beach access. Parking is convenient ($5/day), but the immediate area has a Publix and quite a few restaurants in easy walking distance. There was a basic, but pretty good breakfast included with my room. The room itself was comfortable and reasonably clean. Wifi was functional but not great. Basically, it's what you can expect for the price point.
