Beautiful area and very nice cabins, but no food or stores around. Very poor customer service. Desk closed before 3:40 pm, but at least I got text message how to access room keys. I had to help two intenational couples and call twice to find out for them how to access their cabins keys. After two days, I requested cleaning and trash removal but nothing was done. My trash was overflowing and floor was very dirty because the entrance to the cabin was directly from the outdoor and entry mat didn't help much. Person at the desk informed me that inormation about complimentary coffee and pastries is not correct.

OMG !!!!! Where do I start ? The Inn is great !!!! Great staff, very clean, great views, great food. The Inn was just what we look for when we go adventuring.

Had a wonderful time. Only thing that needs improvement is the restaurant. Only open Tuesday to Saturday 5 - 9. Breakfast wasn't great. Complimentary breakfast type items only and you have to pay for the items. Other than that, it was very good.

Great place to stay! We were passing through heading to Yellow Stone the next day. Very clean, nice staff and we especially liked Jerry the cat:) Will stay again on our next trip!!

Great if you're looking for a room with a view.

You couldn't beat the views and the room was cozy. The bathroom was tiny and our light/fan was really loud. My biggest disappointment was that no one bothered to tell us the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and Monday. The website said they were open. The nearest town was 20 minutes away. Luckly we had stopped for food on the way in. This meant there was no breakfast offered besides some overpriced food most hotels would give for free. They also had no staff after 5 on Sunday. They put our key and paperwork in a lock box for us to grab when we got there.

Cabin was small but clean with all the usuals. Restaurant wasn’t open for our stay and I wish the limited hours had been mentioned. Staff was terrific. Grounds were neat and welcoming

Good value. its not far from the east entrance of Yellowstone but you should consider at least 1 hr from the hotel to the yellowstone lake. It was clean and no problems during our stay

Only improvements I would suggest would be to add hand rails around toilets and showers. The size of the howers were very small.

Cabin near a river

We stayed in a cabin and we were so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the size, decor, wood! We will definitely go back and tell our traveling friends! There was a beautiful river behind the property and there was plenty of sitting areas and fire pits. Awesome place!!!!
