The employee at the reception desk was rude and unfriendly towards us. It was inappropriate and I have never had such an experience in the past. while we were on the road i called a few times and told them we were going to arrive later they said we were ok but no we were shocked at the attitude I’m sucked

The hotel is nice My only complaint is no elevator Which was a bummer when we had two heavy suitcases I should have checked first At least the staff was able to place us in a room on the lower level

The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The gal at the front desk was great. Our bed however was not great. The king size bed had three large divets/holes right across the middle of the bed. Like bowling ball size. We tried to sleep around the holes but it was awful. I dont know how theyve kept that mattress in that condition. The bedspread also smelled like old seaman. We ended up removing it. At check in we requested a late check out. But the housekeeping staff checked in three seperate times to ask when we were leaving. Probably wouldnt stay again.
