The breakfast staff were super helpful,so were the maids. My only dislike is that the blinds are 3 layered and only the outside one closes. Since the parking lot light was on and there was a gap it lit up the whole room. I made a work around with the pillows but they kept falling out.

We rented the suite for an extra $9 and it was well worth it. Only problem was that the bathtub was difficult to get it to hold water and then I finally got it and there wasn't any hot water. 5am I think should not have been a problem for that

The room smelled strongly of cigarette and disinfectant. Even had front desk document it as smelled like we smoked, which we don't. The beds were very uncomfortable, one outlet didn't work and neither did the hair dryer. Not especially clean. Floor around toilet was stained yellow. Had to go thru Expedia to rent as $30 cheaper even though I was standing at the front desk...no price matching. Breakfast was great and the attendant was very responsive. Pool and hot tub were clean. Property felt safe and our south room was quiet. Would guess north side would be noisy as interstate side.

Nice amenities and convenient
It was everything I wanted. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the highway. We were able to bring our corgi with us, which was great. We enjoyed breakfast and a dip in the pool before we got on the road again.

Nice room and wonderful mattress on the bed. Everything about the stay was fine - except the controls on the heater/ac didn't function. I needed heat in the middle of the night, and it was stuck on 'cool', which at 29 degrees outside, was not what I needed inside. I did bring the issue to the front desk's attention.

It was a nice place to stay that was nice for the price, friendly staff,and quick. The hot was good and even the pool inside was heated so it wasn't freezing cold just cool.
