Comfortable spot, nice staff, but bugs!
Everything was in working order, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the staff was always very nice. Unfortunately, housekeeping was subpar - under beds had not been vacuumed in a long time, stray hair and small debris in the bathroom. The main issue is that I woke up in the night with a bug crawling on me. Though I don’t THINK it was a bedbug, I am unsure, and the risk is daunting. I could not sleep peacefully nor enjoy the remaining hours visiting with my daughter because we had to run out to purchase treatment then spray and bag all our belongings. (We also had deal with “ clean up” to avoid cross contamination when we got home.). I was told by the receptionist that we would hear from someone from the motel the next day, but four days later there has been no contact.

Smoke alarm was hanging down over the bed, no hot water for shower. We had the handicap accessible room so when we showered the bathroom flooded, bathroom ceiling was peeling. Hallway and room had a bad smell.

If you need a place to sleep for one night, this is your place. Dated facility with dated rooms with minimal security features on the ground floor windows. Non-uninformed staff, you don't know who to ask questions to if there is no one at the front desk.

We have stayed here many times before and always had a good experience. It may have just been that room, handicap with roll-in shower. The room smelled musty and was very humid. The bathroom floor flooded while showering. I will stay here again but not that room.

Great value. Good place if you’re looking for something cheap to spend the night. It has a great location. Close to the university. Parking is very easy . It is not a good place if you want to hang around the hotel room for an extended time. If you’re picky About things and want great customer Service, this is not your place. If you just want a place to lay your head and sleep for a few hours without costing a fortune this place is perfect.

Served it’s purpose.
Very dated but The room served its purpose. The staff we interacted with were accommodating professional and friendly. Great location and affordable The bathroom and bedding was clean. BUT the surfaces in the room were not clean at all nor did the carpet look vacuumed.it put me in the mind set of someone forgetting to clean and no one checking behind them. Thankfully I have always brought cleaning supplies with me so I thoroughly cleaned and sprayed before settling in. The window was not fully secured but we were on the 2nd floor. A little deodorizer would have been helpful also to neutralize the old cooked food smell that was in the hallway of the 2nd floor.
