Well the check in was wonderful and the rooms are nice. As for the amenities they are questionable. The coffee maker doesn’t match with the disposable pod filter and when I went to the lobby at 0430 attended was asleep and informed me she could have coffee ready by 6. Room service only had snakes for dinner and snack and soda room wasn’t stocked. And you have to pay $10.00 to park on the hotel outside lot. My last time here was during state nationals last year and it was exactly the same.

Improvement Needed

The hotel is very tired with multiple construction projects ongoing and visible to hotel patrons. No one working, just messes everywhere that need cleaned up each evening when the day is complete. The hotel is dirty, rooms are dirty, furniture in state of disrepair and lines at the front desk with one person addressing all the issues in an untimely fashion.

The hotel it self was nice. Rooms felt clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and food was good. Parking was horrible. Not bearly enoigh parking spaces and parking garage was beyond tight. Just wish there was better parking.

I’ve always had a great experience there. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful w any needs . Expedia however, needs to enter in the information of the guest when you book through them. There were delays because the hotel has to re enter all the information for the booking, because Expedia has stopped doing their part. Expedia, you are getting your $$ and the hotel has to do your job. STOP IT!!

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Extremely outdated and dirty. I don’t even understand how they are open with some of the conditions. There was literally water damage in the ceiling above the shower. Paint and whatever else had been falling out of it. And it definitely didn’t look like it had just popped up. There were people complaining when I arrived to check in about different things being dirty or not working in their room. I understand it is not the front desk associates fault but I legit don’t understand how this hotel is open, charging over $100, and has decent reviews. I don’t where the people stayed at that are leaving this place good reviews but it sure in the heck wasn’t here. The room online compared to in person = catfished

The price was great. Walking I. The facilities are beautiful. The pool was warm enough to swim in. However our room had a bigger than square foot of mold in the ceiling of the shower. Paint was peeling off the door frame.

The staff were incredible. But they were overcompensating for sub-par accommodations. We got a king bed with a fold-out couch, but had to get sheets and blankets from the staff to use it. There were tiny pillows on the bed. There was no fridge, no extra blankets. The breakfast buffet is $15 a person. Thankfully, we were comped buffet tickets due to the wait upon check-in and the noise of a wedding party. But there is no way we would pay $15 person with 4 of us for potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, and runny scrambled eggs. Disappointed in the accommodations, impressed with the staff.

Worst hotel ever

By far the worst and nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at the first room they put us in wasnt even clean. The second room they put us in was infested with cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lady at front desk said she apologized about the first dirty room but that housekeeping didnt communicate with the front desk. I paid a 100$ for a few hours and it is absolutely a gross nasty hotel. I will never stay in again. If I would have not been so exhausted from traveling i would have asked for a refu d and found a different hotel.
