Overall good place to stay for a few days, breakfast was pretty good. My only complaint is it was kind of hot when we got into our room and the rooms were a bit mildew smelling, probably due to saving money and not running the air conditioning when guest aren’t in the room. I would recommend ozone machine in the room regularly to kill mold bacteria

It’s an older hotel. Floors coming up in bathroom with broken light fixture and one that didn’t even work. Also light in the hall was out. Property is conveniently located but needs updating. Chris was very nice and accommodating.

Never Again

Not where i want my family to stay. Very mildew wet smell. Carpet was damp. Unhealthy Conditions. Asked to be reimbursed and at this time no is the response. I checked in and checked out in 10 min. No reason to pay for lower level campground service.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. I spoke to manager about all of it. The breakfast biscuits and gravy were terrible. Dry, hard and the gravy was too thick and didn't taste good.

HATE TO BE THE ONE!

Hate to spread the word bc I don’t want it to always be full, but I had an amazing stay with my dog! The room smelled good upon entering and the AC had been turned on bc nobody likes checking into a hot humid room!! The refrigerator actually worked, they never do! I’d suggest cleaning in between the nightstand a little better. Bathroom was sparkling clean, fantastic shower head and shampoo products. The young lady at check in was just delightful. All my other interactions with other employees was fantastic, everyone was very helpful including the cleaning woman who helped me to get into my room bc I wasn’t using the key card right!! I found the breakfast to be the standard for hotels now and it offered a wide variety of choices from hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, sausage and biscuits, fresh fruit and I made a delicious blueberry waffle. I would stay again at this hotel. (This is not the hotels fault but all the coffee offered is absolutely disgusting!!). NOTE: the online booking does not indicate the pool pump is broken so the pool was closed. The front desk told me I could use a pool at a neighboring hotel if I wanted to.

When I first arrived to check in. I will say the lady at the desk did an amazing job and very much helpful. As well as the breakfast attendant. The room was not cleaned at all and decor throughout the room was damaged. And not presentable at all. Within the hotel common areas need to be maintained better. Appearance is everything.

Chris the front desk worker she was awesome from the time I made the reservation Pleasant until the time I checked in he was evening more pleasant she is awesome worker she went above and beyond
