Easy to find and check in. Several small issues: Bathroom towel bar was loose. 2nd floor ice machine was not functioning. TV and remote proved problematic, no one was available to repair them. Disappointed there was no complimentary morning meal, not even a Continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and willing to try to help.

Checked in late at night. The stay was good, would have given higher score if our card reader at the door worked. It was giving issues, and had to go back and forth to the check in desk four times, before we were moved to a different room.

They did not have the room we paid for available. They switched us from two beds to one with a bed and pull out sofa only to go upstairs and the pull out bed had no mattress. This lady at the front desk was stressed by a line up of several of us with similar problems and no knowledge of how to solve this.

The 2 lovely ladies that checked us in were sweet and so much fun and energy! They put us on a top floor as requested the room was amazing, it stormed overnight didnt hear a word PERFECT

Room was clean. Check in was easy as was checkout

We stayed in Columbia for our daughter’s college graduation. Just an overnight trip Two things though Shower pressure very weak. And they charged the wring credit card so now I have to wait for a credit to come through but other than that a pleasant stay
