Room smelled of tobacco use. Bed was too soft. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane when it came on, waking us all night. On positive side, very clean and welcoming hosts.

David at the front desk was so polite, professional and helpful. The staff there the morning we checked out were just as friendly and efficient. It was a peaceful and cozy place to stay for me and my four children.

Bed smelled of urine

Our room had two beds. After we were in the bed and settled for the night, we noticed the top layers smelled of urine! Absolutely disgusting! We ended up using the blankets from the 2nd bed. When I told the front desk about this, all I got was a "I will let them know". Not even an apology!
