Great customer service!

Thanks it was a great stay. It was a lady that went out of her way to give us needed towel and she was not our person who was there this week. She was a black lady that had short hair and was in the laundry room.

Great clean stay.

Always where I stay when I'm in town.. Small issue.. brought it to the front desk attention and they made it right quickly.. Everyone is always so nice and they dont price gouge.

I was greeted by an awesome staff as soon as I entered. I was provided with a room on the third floor. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the room was hot. I went back down to tell the receptionist, she quickly gave me another room. The second room was just the same although the thermostat was set at 68 degrees. I just decided to leave.

Likes: The room smelled clean. Linens were clean. Bathroom was clean. Dislikes: people had placed their trash from their rooms and dirty linens in the hallway. Every metal surface in my room was rusted. Curtain would not close. No bathmat in bathroom. No hot water. The pillows were just uncomfortable. The exit door on our end of the building could not be used because it is a fire exit only leading to an abandoned Waffle House right next to the hotel which is a creepy eyesore. I did not address my complaints during my stay because I was there for 8-10 hours to just sleep. This place is not horrible, but could do a little better.
