We'll be back.

Our room, #35, was decent; the bed was very nice! The sink drain was very slow and there are two light switches, one on either side of the bed — obviously once for outlets for bedside table lamps — that are now "switches to nothing." Also it would've been nice to have had two bedside lamps. The pavilion looks nice online, but not so inviting in person. The cool, retro metal patio chairs are badass! But needed to be wiped off and arranged as if someone would think, "Hey man, let's go chill out there! And look! There are games on the big-screen TV's too!" The property is in a great location and they are working on it AND making good progress. We'll be back.

Old/Vintage but cute-ok

It was cute but old/vintage that was fine in a small vintage town and you want to support local.he bed was comfortable, AC air worked and was nice & cold, fridge was cold and the arking was right in front that was nice. The housekeeping needs to be better. We love to support locals but sometimes the locals need to be better at their items also.

It was ok for the short period of time we were in there. It needs an update and repair of all the boards that look like the rooms had flooded before. But I didn’t like the idea of only a chain to stop someone from walking in on us which they did. Around 9 something that morning and someone tried to force thier way in and the chain stopped them. Which highly upset my husband and I. He was in the bathroom when it happened and I was laying in bed watching tv. I immediately got dressed and we left before 11 o’clock check out time. We will not be going back to this motel again. It’s a family thing every year. A large amount of us come from Houston and most family members stay here and it was my husband and I 1st time and our last

Old and it shows it

The motel is like something out of Schitt’s Creek, at least the decor and bathroom tiles reflect the same aged appearance. The front office/owner is kind and prompt. However, the parking lot is covered in broken glass, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, there were slim choices for light in the rooms and no drain plug for a bath. The AC was cold and worked beautiful. The beds were firm and clean. Fine emergency roadside stop but not recommended as a destination.
