The room was clean however the shower was a handicap shower with only a handheld shower head. It was old and moldy. The rest of the room was clean. And for the pricing in the Bay area it was acceptable. Fix the shower and it would be a great spot to stay

I was with an older disabled family member the room was a doubt bed room. And unfortunately he made accident and SOILED THE blanket and few white towels and I was Charged $450 for incidentals.. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS! Very embarrassing moment. Thank you for your time Nico

Right off the freeway, but getting back on going south not as easy. Old, outdated exterior & bathrooms but the floor plan on a double QN was spacious. For a quick overnight stay, good price annd beds were comfy and the free breakfast was tasty, lots of variety.

Location is nice for easy walking to plenty of dinner locations, shopping in a fairly safe area. Hotel is a little old but the room were a nice size and it was quiet.

Breakfast was decent. Not many options but the quality of the food was better than some places I’ve been to. The area is very quiet, tons of dealerships, stores, and restaurants. All within walking distance. The room was very clean with the exception of the shower. There was some dirt on the edges, the tub had stains and the overfill drain was gnarly and it looked broken. Besides that, everything was really nice for the price. I enjoyed my stay! 😁 also, the pool has tons of shade so it’s nice and cold for those hot days. Don’t recommend going any other time.

There was partying going on outside my room in the parking lot until 2:00 a.m. I was awakened at 4:00 in the morning by construction behind my bathroom wall. My blackout curtains could not close because there was no rail. The bed was terrible lumpy old and I felt like I was sleeping on the springs. I asked for a refund but they would not give me one.

Everything in the room was very nice and all that one would need. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Only problem I had was the ice machine is about a quarter mile away LOL I had to walk down the hallway up in elevator walk down a long hallway to get some ice.

I felt a little mislead by the nice photos and online description of this property. This definitely feels like more of a motel rather than a hotel. The property is located between car dealerships and when I parked there was a sign saying the hotel wasn’t responsible for car theft on the property, which immediately made me feel unsafe. Then the room itself was outside street-facing off the parking lot and the curtains in my room were hard to close so I was afraid anyone off the street could look in on me. In terms of cleanliness of the room, the surfaces were technically clean, but the bathtub was full of rust, and the shower tiles needed a good scrubbing. I was nervous to take my shoes off. Also, the A/C unit was noisy and didn’t work effectively against the heat. I would have turned around and left the same night I arrived had it not been already late at night by that point. I checked out early the next morning even though I’d booked two nights since I was too uncomfortable in the room and was concerned about my car getting robbed. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again and I would not recommend it to others.
