One of the house keepers kept knocking on our door and every time we’d go outside she would tell us no smoking when we would be going outside to smoke in our truck there was absolutely no towels and every time we’d ask for some they’d said they couldn’t get us any they had an issue with my service dog when I had her certification the house keeper blooped and yelled at me the day shift guy which was kind of tall bald wore glasses he was extremely rude they tried to charge us $50 for towels we never had in our room to begin with definitely a HORRIBLE stay we will never go back there. We are also checking into an attorney for them not allowing service dogs. Definitely doesn’t even deserve that one star.

Older facility located on a high hill near Interstate 40. Great price. All basic services were included. No elevator to reach the second floor rooms.

Check in was fast and friendly. The ceiling in the bathroom looked it was about to fall in. The bathroom door was not shaved down after the tile was laid and was dragging on the floor when you close it, disturbing sleeping gamily in the room. The refrigerator freezer was iced over and the door would not shut due to ice buildup. The "continental" breakfast was lame with twinkies and cupcakes in lieu of rolls. There was no butter for the waffles.

Nice cozy hotel, excellent value
Forget the low ratings you may see, this is a clean and convenient motel with very helpful staff. I use it as a way station on my trips to Nashville, so I can arrive in the big city relaxed and rested and ready to play. The hotel is nestled into a hillside with spectacular views of the mountains, if you're lucky enough to get one of the second-story balcony rooms. The nearby Mexican restaurant is also excellent. Be sure to make your reservation online for a significant savings. I've even heard the clerks tell that to customers.

Moldy kitchen ceiling. It was hard to breath. Dead bugs in the bathroom. Really difficult to access if disabled like me. New rugs are needed. Towels were clean. Room was spacious. Good lighting. Not every thing was bad or good.

The rooms we had were dated. The lamps were rusty, and the old smoke alarms were discolored/rusty on the ceiling. Fortunately no bugs as other reviews have pointed out. The breakfast lacks desire. Hostess treats (cupcakes and Twinkies) are not breakfast. They did have a waffle maker, yogurts, and cereal. It would have been nice to have eggs, biscuits, and gravy or bacon. Boxed juices were in the fridge. Overall for, the price we paid wasn't awful, but I wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast buffet was terrible only hot thing was the waffle maker. The room was outdated. I had a stink bug walking across the floor. The lamp shades were beat up. The bathroom light to at least 2 minutes to turn on I checked out 2 days early and will never go there again.
