Front desk staff during eveningncheck in was beyond helpful. Our smoke alarm battery was dying in our original room, whixh was beautiful, so he quickly moved us to a new room, whi h wasnt as updated as the origanl, but still beautiful and comfortable. Best hotel ive stayed at in this area.

No microwave in room due to fire marshal had not been there to inspect the wiring. The door we used to access the hallway to our rooms was open to anyone to enter, there was no key pad for security. No breakfast, only a coffee bar, which was OK when you consider the price. Room was very clean and we had a good nights sleep.

When I first drove up I thought the building might have been closed and abandoned. The outside is considerably dated and run down. Inside was again, dated, with older worn carpet and paint. HOWEVER the staff was extremely polite and enjoyable and bent over backwards to make sure I knew they were there and would help in any way. When the TV wasn't working (wouldn't go online and get data) evening staff was there quickly to say "that sometimes happens" and rebooted the system. The facilities are quite dated and have not been renovated to look current. They were absolutely as clean as the aged condition allowed. Rooms were noisy when people walked up in down the hall or moved around in the rooms above us. No breakfast, not even a continental breakfast, was a bit of a turn off.
