It was very poor that we had to wait until 6pm to check in because the cleaning staff were so slow. The first GSR that I talked to said that the rooms were not available at the moment. I understood since I had come in at 1pm. I told her that I needed a first level due to knee replacements. She said she would note it down. She gave the person before me a room but said nothing for me. I was told to return at 3pm. I returned at 430 pm to give them some time and the next GSR (male) was very rude and said that they did not have rooms available and that I was to return in 30 minutes. I returned at 6pm and was told that they did not have a first-floor room for my wife and myself and that the lady at first shift did not know what she was doing, and it was too late for me to cancel. I have stayed in Motel 6 all over the US and this had been the worst experience I have had.

Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. I wanted a downstairs room and the only one left was next to road. She advised me it would be noisy due to traffic, and even let me look at the room first. I went ahead and took it. It was noisy but the traffic died down later in the evening and it was ok. One of the best staffed motel 6s I’ve stayed at.

There was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom when I checked in, floors were dirty, I had to wash my feet after walking barefoot across them. No safety lock on door. I was traveling alone, was uncomfortable as there was a man on the bottom floor sitting outside drinking, had door to room open and there was trash and beer cartons in plain site. Noticed more unsavory looking people on stairs and walkways

We had a good kingsized bed but no appliances, not even a kettle. The water had to run fir several minutes to finally get hot. There was no nonslip mat in the tub and the toilet seat collapsed when I sat on it. Onky 2 tiny bars of soap.

Always appreciate that Motel 6 allows and does not charge for pets. Room was fine but the walls were thin and I heard someone’s TV all night. No breakfast included.
