Great location if you need somewhere close to the airport for an early flight. Metro and Trains all walking distance. We spent our last night in Copenhagen here due to an early morning flight and it was very handy. Only 20min into Kongens Nytorv so we were still able to enjoy the city before we left. We were only here to sleep, however just some things to note: - The room temp stays at 20C and you can only change by 2 degrees either direction temporarily. This meant the room was too warm for our liking to sleep how we like but we survived. - There is no window to open for fresh airflow. - The pillows and duvets are small but they are very comfortable and you can request more at the front desk. - The beds are nice and soft.

No frills approach with a high cost.

The lobby is friendly and welcoming. Meal/restaurant area is just plain weird. Order via an QR-code, get drinks at the reception, food at kitchen window (where servers get the plates)... With so little service I would expect to pay low prices...think again.

Perfect stay for an early morning flight. We left too early to have breakfast but it looked like they had a good spread. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is only a short walk to the term

Ideal airport hotel

Let's be clear about this hotel... it is right across the street from the airport and a 4 minute walk. The reason we booked it for our last night was our 6:30am flight out of Denmark. They also have a grab-n-go breakfast starting at 3am for those super early flights. They have auto-checkin through a machine that scans your information and spits out your room key such that I didn't even meet any staff. The room itself was basic but clean. Would not stay here for seeing Copenhagen in general if you have lots of days, but for proximity to the airport it's amazing. It's worth pointing out the Clarion Hotel is next door and a slightly closer walk (maybe 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes), and does appear fancier on the inside with the lobby, so it's generally going to cost more and be a slightly more pleasant experience. But Comfort did the trick for us.

It was awesome. I heard the breakfast buffet was good cause it included pastries and scrambled eggs with sausages, hot links and fruits. But then, I missed it cause I was too exhausted and late to rest and check out. Truthfully, I really loved this hotel and I can walk across the street from the CPH airport.

The location is excellent from Copenhagen airport. You may walk with your luggage taking the airport’s luggage cart and even keep it for your next day connection. Friendly atmosphere, very well distributed needs in the room and reception service if excellence at check in.

The staff I interacted with were all lovely. However, The dinner kitchen staf lacked common courtesy and common sense. The response to a request for mayonnaise for my fries (the dispenser was empty and should have been checked before they started service) was:’ It has to wait to later. We are very busy.’ Why would I need mayonnaise after I’ve eaten my meal. ? I asked if they could just give me some from the kitchen as I’m picking up my burger and fries. Answer :’no’.
