We were returning from a trip to west coast. This was the last night of our 2 week trip. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette. Which worked out well because we now have a hotel brand that we can use again.

Although this is an older property they are maintaining it's cleanliness very well. It was quiet and appreciated the welcoming front desk staff and breakfast assistant. I had a quick response when the tv wasn't working and to turn off the alarm in a nearby room.

My wife had an appointment that morning so I went down for breakfast. I think it was pretty light. Only waffles, but no waffle syrup, and very little batter. Only coffee and no juice. I don't intend to go back.

dirty, old worn out hotel, dead spider in cob web in bedroom , filthy carpet in hallway, leaky faucet and shower, 1 pound of water pressure in shower, 2 recliners in room ready for goodwill unfriendly staff, a washcloth for dishes i wouldn't use as a grease rag in the garage, Iowa State marching band rehashing in the room above, should have checked out, will never go back

I drove from Texas to Ontario and this was the best hotel I stayed at by a long shot. The rooms were clean and modern. They also included an excellent kitchenette stocked with pots, pans, spatula's etc. We had some trouble with the TV and the man at the desk came in and got it working right away. I recommend Quinton's just down the street if you stay here, great food and drinks only a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but it was hot and filled me up. Lots of restaurants a short walk away but if you'd rather cook they have small appliances you can borrow like air fryers, slow cookers and I think I even saw a rice cooker. The staff were very helpful and you, not hard to tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.

I was prepared to give 5 stars. However, when I was checking in, I was given no information about breakfast times, wifi, etc. Also, evidently one of my neighbors needs to sleep with the TV on. Although it wasn't loud, it was enough to interrupt my sleep (being a light sleeper) I loved having a refrigerator with freezer. I was able to make ice cubes for my cooler. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was also comfortable. The shower ran quietly but the exhaust fan wasn't running. Breakfast was okay. The syrup dispenser had a stalactite of hardened syrup hanging down and seemed to be empty or clogged. It wasn't very appetizing. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

On the way from Colorado to Michigan, I stopped here for the night. Traveling alone with my dog, I wanted a safe place that was pet friendly and this fit the bill. Staff was helpful, place was good.
