This unique home boasts five primary bedroom suites and a jungle room that can sleep four to five children.

Ground Level: Features a South Pacific theme with a Duobunk & Trundle jungle bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Hawaiian bedroom. The rec room with kitchenette, home theatre system with TV and Bose speakers is ideal for family fun time. Access to the private pool and hot tub, and the laundry facilities are on this level.

Mid Level: The European level features rooms with the flavor and distinction of Italy, France, and Spain. Choose your country from any of three beautifully decorated King main bedrooms that make up this level, all with TV/DVD!

Top Level: The Beach level consists of the great room with a home theatre system, TV and Bose speakers, as well as a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and decorating classic to the Outer Banks. Access to the sundeck overlooking the pool and panoramic views of the ocean overlooking natural dunes are on this level. The elevated reading nook is ideal for quiet time or card games. There is also a Queen main bedroom with TV/DVD and access to a private sundeck overlooking The Currituck Golf Club.

Trundle bunk was filthy, no sheets, dead cockroaches. Kids would not stay in the room at all. Pool was dirty when we got there. Missing TV/audio remotes and no batteries, most media was unusable. House overall was pretty nice. Nice location.

Hello Team - The property manager customer service is fantastic. The team got back with me quickly when assistance was needed. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the beach home. The carpets were not vacuumed, there was trash from the previous renter left under the beds and dog hair on the bedspread in the bunk bed room. The positive was after informing the property manager of this, they quickly sent cleaning staff to the home to attempt to fix the issue. The negative is when there are several guest in the home, it would be difficult to fully clean the home. The better option would be cleaning after each guest. Probably disinfecting is very important, especially with Covid being an issue!

Girls trip
Property was as pictured and described. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Two of the rooms are very small but they worked out for us anyway. Easy to get in and out of the subdivision and nice path to the beach

Good and just ok
There is so much good and not so good. Location is awesome. Furniture and decor is drab, tired and outdated. It has nice swivel chairs but sectional slip cover-which once was pretty- is no longer. Great dinning table. The huge, fake trees and plastic flowers in the corners are covered in a thick layer of dust. The bath mat was extremely dirty. The main tv is not hooked up to cable. Can only watch on your own subscription. But there is no info on the tv or anything. No info on when to put out garbage etc. No info on what’s in the area. It’s is a short walk to a very nice beach. Very nice pool. We had a great week because we really enjoy vacations together and we could laugh at the 80s decor.

Well-equipped kitchen and convenient location
Very comfortable house that was well adapted to a stay over a holiday. There were board games available in addition to the advertised pool table. We didn't need them, but there were even two high chairs. Aside from dull knives, the kitchen was fully equipped and the house contains a second refrigerator on the ground level. Short walk to the dunes or grocery store. Only negative note would be for inadequate cleaning. Counters and floors were not as clean as you would expect.

Great location, nice house for smaller groups
Overall, we had a great week! Some of our group arrived earlier in the day and hung out by the pool. They saw the housecleaning crew arrive around 2:30pm and they did not leave until around 4:30pm so we were not able to get into the house on time at 4pm, as promised. Also, they didn’t do a very thorough job of cleaning. The blankets in the closet for our use were not washed beforehand (stains and not folded), floors were left dirty and the pool area was left with beer cans (in and around the pool area) from the last group of guests. This was all a little concerning, especially given the current circumstances where cleanliness is crucial. The house was perfect for a group of our size (10 adults, 4 kids) and it’s a short walk through a sand path to the beach. Like I said, overall we had a great week- I would’ve just liked the cleaning crew to have done a more thorough job and spent more time there (maybe arrived earlier). I will say the AC unit had an issue later in the week and within an hour or two of reporting it, maintenance was sent to repair the issue so we appreciated the prompt response for that. Thanks! :) We enjoyed our much needed vacation.

We had many issues from not getting the house code, dirty house , broken washing machine... the list kept piling up . Every time I spoke to someone, they took my number and did nothing . I will never stay at another house managed by this company. I don’t think the owners have any idea how bad their house is being managed.

Great getaway
Beautiful house, nicely decorated. Nice sized rooms. Really appreciated the extras....beach chairs, floats for the pool. Nice grill! And beautiful view! Close to lots of things to do. We were unfortunately evacuated thanks to hurricane Dorian, so our time was sadly cut short but I would stay here again(only this time not the first week of September!)they were very good at communicating with us to keep us posted on the evacuation.

This property suited our families needs almost perfectly. There were a few housekeeping issues that we feel should be addressed such as cobwebs up high as well as on the chandelier. The windows should have been cleaned as there were a lot of dead bugs on them. Floors could have been cleaner as we could feel sand on them upon arrival. Also the carpeted areas need shampooing. The kitchen was very well equipped but needs some larger serving bowls for families and dish towels. The bathrooms could use some more bath towels as well. The morning sun is blinding so blinds on the family room and dining room windows would be helpful. The description to beach access should be a bit clearer. We had three toddlers with us to walking through the sand from the house to the steps was difficult. We ended up walking the street to gain access. Other than those few ideas, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again.

We loved the outer banks, it was our first visit.
The process was seamless from signing up for rental through our stay and then departure. The property was well kept. The landscaping and external appearance was very pleasing. The house was clean when we arrived. The view from the upper levels were gorgeous. The location was great, close to a store and even better duck donuts. The scenery of the upper outer banks was more pleasing than we saw as we went further south. The short drive to north of Corolla to drive along the beach and presence of wild horses was a wonderful experience for our whole family. We would highly recommend this rental property and are already considering a repeat visit next year.

Rough Beginning
The kitchen sink was not usable the first twenty four hours we were there. Air conditioning unit on the ground floor froze up and flooded the queen bedroom, which made it uninhabitable for three days. Kitchen refrigerator did not function until the third day. Along with the sink it was difficult to cook and store food for twelve people!

We were very impressed with how well stocked the house was. From the kitchen, to two high chairs, towels, linens, the list really goes on. It's very clear that the owners really care for the house and want to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

perfect view, perfect house, perfect location for needs
We stayed for a week at the end of may with two other families that also had young kids (ages 1 year - 8 years) and it was absolutely perfect for us. Each family had their own space while all being together. The pool was a great size for us and the proximity to the beach worked fine. It was great being so close to the grocery store as we probably went every day. ha ha! We had a little trouble with the outdoor shower not having running water, but that was addressed quickly considering it was Memorial Day weekend. We also mentioned to maintenance that the downstairs refrigerator and the wine cooler were not cool and I believe a service request was put in, but that was never followed-up with while we were there. However since those things were a bonus to us it wasn't that big of a deal. It just would have been nice to have them cooling properly. All in all it was wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

Perfect home. Perfect ocean view. Great location for groceries, and shopping and activities.
Home is well maintained and perfect layout for large group. Would sleep 12 in the bedrooms. View of ocean over the dunes from entire wall of Windows on top floor. We highly recommend this home.
