False Advertising

Booked a king bed that included a sleeping sofa. No sleeping sofa in the room, I was told that not all of the rooms that are listed as kings with sleeping sofa actually have one. The front desk person seemed very nonchalant about the issue. It was not very pleasant to have 3 people in one bed for the night.

The property and the staff where amazing but the group of young people that checked in around 11 pm where very loud and treated the hallways as a personal jungle gym

Only one negative the pool room was very slippery and slimy. Overall rooms Very clean and very roomy. The best breakfast options a great pool and hot tub.

All in all a very nice place to stay. I didn't enjoy the check in clerk guessing what was in mine and my wife's bags. Better customer service training needed.

This motel is in desperate need of a remodel. The carpet is disgusting and soiled. The walls are gross. The hallways smell gross. The room was clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. But please remodel!!!

Nice hotel. I don't know what it is these days, all hotels have toilets that are so low it's ridiculous. I'm am adult not a child. Not just this hotel which was 🙂 ce besides this.

Room was clean and staff were nice. AC was down in building but not room. Elevator was down. Pool was very warm and uncomfortable. I think the owners need to do some decent facility upgrades and maintenance, but overall decent for the cost.
