My room was not cleaned properly when I checked in. The cabinet drawer has previous guests underwear and socks! It’s not appropriate.

Clean and therapeutic hot tub. We kept pool along with nice gym. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. Thus is a plus for use with back and arthritis issues.Front dest staff was helpful and courteous. Wait staff at the restaurant was a little snippy but he may have just been having one of those days. Airport shuttle was on time and driver helpful. Great place to be before and after air travel!

I enjoyed and always enjoy being a guest there,until i am no longer a guest and as soon as 12 noon hits they treat you like a homeless person that has set up on the front lawn.i was waiting for a business call that i didnt recieve until about 2pm but rest assured i had security escort me frpm the pool where i was working on my art portfolio to my vehicle where they waited for mebto drive away. It was very embarrassing and very unfortunate. That hust shows how guests are valued for only when they pay

Very nice restaurant. Quality service and nice spacious room. It is near an airport, but our room was remarkably quiet. Location was close to Newport Beach and there was a very good Thai restaurant next door.

Very clean hotel the parking was 25$ a night . I really think that’s way too much but oh well. Everting else was good. The breakfast was delicious

The hotel is actually very nice, the room was great, very spacious, comfy, I loved the bathtub very relaxing after a long day. The gym was very nice too. Didn't try the restaurant or the pool
