I couldn’t stay there I went to a party for all day I just get back at 1am to get my stuff to leave the room smell so bad someone smoke there before I stay I was horrible experience

It was pleasant & room large . They upgraded me for free. I’ll definitely go back there again. Had no trouble with my Service dog or my boyfriend checking in late.

It was descent we just needed a place to shower and sleep for a few hours. Shower water got really hot then cold boyfriend burned his leg a lil..we will definitely return tho..

Room overall was a great size. Wish there would have been a tub opprobrium but that’s a personal preference. AC unit interrupted sleep throughout the night as well as the person next door who was silent all day/evening until about 10pm. 10pm is quiet time so could not find anyone at the front desk and there were no phones in the room.

Avoid Booking this Property

Hotels.com needs to pull this property from their website. This was by far the worst travel experience ever. The room was disgusting, blood stain on wall, dirty linens, an open closet with debris in it, broken furniture, dust, mold and dirty walls, carpeting was disgusting, the smoke detector had no batteries or cover, black gunk in bathrub, the list goes on and on...i reached out to the property management 5 days ago and have not heard back. I never complain but seriously should be refunded for this stay. Hotels.com is a reputable booking site they should be more selective of their properties.

I walked in. And walked out. They charged me a 50 dollar deposit. And I checked out that same day. They kept it. I only took a shower and after seeing the ceiling mold, paint peeling, blood stains on the wall I had to leave ASAP. I also didnt feel safe because of the “residents” hanging out in the front. Lastly, I felt my car was going to be jacked if I didn’t leave. I have pictures to back up my claims. P.S. when you have a customer do not be on your cell phone and be disrespectful. Tell your friend you’re at work and take care of the customer. Jeeze

The area was bad. The hotel was absolutely filthy. The condition of the property overall was unsanitary. We never stayed. Checked in and walked right back out. Lost our money. Terrible experience.
