This property was terrible from delays in check in to extremely limited food on a Monday evening. Refused to discount room for the 3.5 hour delay to be able to check in, and told me I had to get discount from Expedia. No courtesy call back with refund update which manager promised. Over all VERY DISAPPOINTED

When we arrived in our room we found blood on one of the pillows and a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. The shower drain barely drained. The sink drain very slow as well. The mirror was also dirty. When I called to get a clean pillow the front desk did not apologize and say they would give us any time of discount. We also never got the trash removed from our room or clean towels for the next nights stay. For what we paid it was not up to standard

I had a great experience staying here! I stayed in one of the king rooms with the jacuzzi. I wasn’t able to utilize everything the property had to offer! Would definitely love to go back soon!

Over all the room was okay. But the shower wasnt the best the shower head wasnt all the way attached and only had one setting which wasnt very good water presser to wash out my hair. Also it was hard to keep the thing pull to switch it from tub to shower.
