This hotel is above average, except for the checkin process. After hours it is selfserve. You enter a code to an individual safe to get your room key. This all assumes that you prepaid. If you did not then you call on the phone and wait for somebody to come downstairs to open the office. This was not 3 am… it was about 8:30 in the evening. So… would be a strong B but with my check in experience I’d say C-. Okay place, just make sure you know about the checkin. By the way… it’s a pretty good value.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating. We had a unit that was full kitchen with table, sofa bed and chair and a king bed plus another room with a queen bed and door. The hotel is older and could use new carpet, but you can see that they have updated other areas already like the bathrooms and kitchen counters. Breakfast had no eggs or meat, but we had a full kitchen so just bought those. Rooms had coffee makers and coffee. They had DVDs and board games that could be borrowed. The feel to me was like air BNB meets hotel. We would stay again. Also location was convenient to so many restaurants and airport.

The after hours check in was awesome. The property had a coded lock box with my key and paperwork waiting for me Shower was excellent. My only negative was the TV kept popping up warnings about HD signal failure and I couldn't pull up the guide. No big deal, as it was late and i just wanted some noise, but for a longer stay it would be frustrating. Either way I'm happy to give my business to a local than a major corporation

Read the reviews and the 9.0 rating. Neither reflect the property. Stains and wrinkles on the carpet. Stains on the furniture. Walls in the common area and in our room were in need of paint and some drywall repair. For a non-smoking hotel, the smoking area was located right next to the doors. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. Lots of other quality hotels in the area at the same price point. No staffing over night. Might have been a great property years ago, but no longer.

Spacious room with kitchen!

Wonderful hotel! So nice that it's not part of a chain. Great attention to detail with room decor. Room was spacious with a full size kitchen! Bed was comfortable. Shower was the best of any hotel I have ever been in!

The walls and carpet were not clean. I slept on the sofa bed and it was hard and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was nice to have a little kitchenette.

There was black mold in the bathroom, make sure if you stay here you double check. Stains in all the furniture. Horrible experience

We loved the property and would stay again if ever in the area. We had the family suite which had a king size bed next to the bathroom and living room and a separate bedroom with a door and queen bed for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and the kids loved it. They also have a big porch area next to the pool that has lights, chairs, and ashtrays for smokers which my husband still is so he was very happy in his little area. Staff was very nice at check in. Our only complaint was the breakfast. They have Bagels, cereal, and packaged little Debbie type products. I wouldn't recommend to eat the frozen burritos or pancakes. Our kids wouldn't even eat them, but there is a burger king right next door.
